Team Building Courses
Team building course elements encourage the development of interpersonal skills such as:

- Conflict resolution

- Problem solving
- Listening
These elements are designed for group situations. The course, made up of short-term tangible, problem-solving activities, allows the team to come to the experience and focus for a period of time (usually several hours) on only the task at hand. By completing the elements, reflecting on and discussing them, individuals will leave with some new ideas about themselves and their relationship to the functioning of teams.
Courses can be built in trees, on poles or used indoors as portable elements. They are a great introduction into adventure learning with minimal investment and maximum return. The courses are easily adapted and have potential for unlimited growth and variety.
